phone problem

Basically the service i received from the staff was quite pathetic and the product I purchased from the store was not serviceable. I wouldn't advise anybody to buy from there. I am very unhappy with the outcome 1i received after I complained about the phone and I am stil paying for something I dont have as it is a contract phone. I would like to cancel the contract and be reimbursed
