Phone Pricing *******

I went to buy a entry level phone to use as a backup. The service was good but I paid R449 for the Nokia 105. I then found out the same phone is going for R229 at PEP. Thats 50% cheaper. Feeling a little **********.

Should have done my research first. Fail

Vodacom called me directly and offered R100 airtime for my experience even though Vodacom Shop are an independant store. I really appreciate their gesture.

I went in to speak to the Vodacom Shop. Their cost price is higher than what PEP are selling the device for. They offered to try get me a dicount of R89 on what I paid., bringing the price dpwn to R360 instead of R449. Waiting for approval of the discount.

Will update this review following the outcome.

Vodacom Shop in the Waterfront gave me a R89 refund as a discount on the phone. There willingness and action to make a deal for a customer and give a discount goes a long way in enforcing great customer service.

Thank you for your efforts and caring to make a plan.
