Phone OBF

Job number: ********** 6- ********** 5
Date booked: 18/09/2016

Initial issue with Huawei P8 camera malfunction. Phone booked in for repairs at Canal Walk Cape Town. Today 27/09/2016 I received a call to inform me my phone cannot be repaired and a OBF or replacement phone will offered. I get to canal walk and they advise me they cannot replace my phone P8 since it's discontinued. I said ok what you gonna offer me and the support lady says I have to speak to my manager. Manager comes to front desk and says I can offer you P9 lite however it does not come with the Huawei select service which means no screen or liquid damage guarantee like the P8 and P9 offers. I rep****, why would u offer me something less than what I have. Manager at vodacare replies I should take that up with the manufacturer or Advance repair centre in Johannesburg. Why should I deal with it, does she not get paid to deal with issues or escalate them???. Furthermore you vodacom estimated the cost of my phone now at R5770 but I paid R8300 in February. So managers alternate solution choose a phone to that value, pathetic response.

Dissatisfied customer

Mr S Naioo

********** 089
**********
