Phone number blocked due to misuse of Free data

Good day Vodacom,

I have a problem with a Vodacom number being continuously suspended.

My phone was ****** and I blacklisted the phone IMEI number. And did a sim swop to get back my old number About 2 weeks later my vodacom number was suspended

I went to the Vodacom shop, they made a few calls and saw that the forensic department blocked the number but they were able to unblock it.

1 week went by and the Vodacom number was suspended again, I followed the same process and the number was unblocked.

Now again a week later the number was suspend again. I go to the vodacom shop after the lady there made a lot of phone calls; we speak to a guy at customer care saying that the number was blocked due to misuse of the free data. And this means that this phone number is now completely blocked and that I will have to get a new number.

We then tried to phone the ***** department, because I don't know how one can misuse free data, the lady at the Vodacom shop also found it very strange. I wasn't even aware that there was free data loaded onto this number. The ***** department was already closed at 16h00 so we couldn't get more information.

Vodacom...Please explain how we can resolve this problem at the soonest, and what is meant by misusing of free data.

FYI - This is a prepaid number.
