Phone not working bad repaires

Got my brand new Sony Z3 the 20th Jan 2015 whent on holiday on the 20 the March 2015 over the weekend taking photo and suddenly the phone keeps on saying app getting to hot need to to shut down so I stop taking photos and I lock my phone and place it in my bag got back to the unit and my phone doesn't whant to switch on so I shutdown the phone on the side and I can feel the phone vibration so I take it to vadacom repaires at gateway they send it of and I got my phone back only the 8th of April 2015 now the phone doesn't receive any signal now it's back @ Vodacom repaires from the 9th April 2015 so i am paying for a phone that I don't have and when I get it back will it be fixed and it is no longer a new phone so when can I get a new phone Vodacom the Phone ist even three month s old and how long must a wait for my phone again job number ***0.
