phone not repaired no feeed back at all

I bought a cell phone 2 months ago on the 31st march... Stopped working 2 days later b4 7 days took it back to them...they refused to give me new phone...they said they gota send it to repair center...Which they did after 7 days so phone did not get fixed...They never kept me informed I had to call&send family members to find out about it... Almost going to be 2 months I want my phone repaired or want new phone or my money back n want them to keep me informed...In sick&tired of waiting
