phone not repaired and such bad after service

<p>My LG G3 has been booked in for keeping on shutting down and rebooting and sent back to me unrepaired many times this month (4 times) as soon as i get the phone back i find out it is doing the same thing and have to send it back to get hopefully fixed.... i have asked that maybe it should be replaced with no help. i have called the customer call centre only to be directed to the repair centre and then on to the advanced repair centre only to be treated as a stupid person and then a ****. i have been told that there was nothing wrong with the phone either times. now i have asked to speak to a manager only to be blown off saying he or she is busy on a call. I have even been asked to get proof that it is the phone i got with my contract. i am disgusted with the way i have been treated and how this has been handled.</p>
