Phone not Repairable

<p>Its been a month now. Communication from vodacom's side is horrific to say the least. We even received an email (after sending every possible document through from Vodacom Westgate) , that if the claims form (which we filled in and sent already) isnt filled in by the end of the day this estimate will be rejected. Today my wife received an sms to notify her that the device cant be repaired and is being sent back to vodacom westgate..... We are STILL paying for the contract but we are not receiving the service we are paying for. The device went into an infinate loop at start up, which by LG;s own admission is an LG device error. So, by when can we have the replacement device as this is a business line, and every day lost on the device is a day of business gone!? </p>
