Phone not found

I had a phone repaired at Vodacom Canal Walk, and eversins I try to get this phone I'm told that the phone is sent to head office but nobody is trying to locate the phone. They now want to tell me the phone is confiscated without informing me. This is not ecceptable as I was never contacted. I explained that the time of collection I was not around and nobody informed me the phone was fixed. I just need my phone or this phone needs to be replaced. This is not the kind of services I expect from Vodacom, as vodacom claims I'm a valued customer which proofs that it's not true.
