phone not fixed even after coming back from repairs.

I bought 2 phones on this Game deal that was running. in yet just a week using the phone the screen became dark and I couldn't fix it. The phone is a Vodacom phone. The phone was booked in at Game Eastgate and I received a message stating that my phone is at Vodacom Eastgate and is busy being repaired. Job card number is ***9. I then received a follow up message that the phone is done. I went back to Game thinking I'm collecting my phone. Yet they hadn't received it. I got a call from the couriers on the 16 May that they wanted to deliver my phone. Today I'm at Game to query what was done because the phone is still the same as I had sent it. Game called Vodacom to query and I was asked to bring back the phone, with not much reasons as to why. I have been without a phone for almost a month What is the use of having a phone taken for repairs if it won't be repaired????
