Phone not delivered.........

I recently ordered a new contract from Vodacom. I received my package two days later with the playstation but no phone!!!After numerous calls to Vodacom online( +- 25 mins holding per call) i finally found out that the phone was never dispatched due to a system error. I am flying to Cape Town in 2 days now i need to ruin my holiday waiting for a package that i was supposed to have last wee**** No guys this is not the way to start a contract with a customer.
