Phone not being delivered
I ordered an upgrade on the phone, all excited bot to have to stand in queues. Well, my phone arrived but at the wrong address, I had phoned to change the address. Now they cannot seem to get the address changed. I keep getting different call centre agents who say oh we’ll phone you back. So I don’t know when I’m getting my phone.
