Phone never came back from repairs

It's been over 6 months since I took my phone to the above shop for repairs and they broke it, I've been trying to get them to replace it but all in vain even tried to get the help of vodacom customer care several times but they are always investigating my case. I'm so angry and disappointed in such a big company who can't seem to care for their customers.
