Phone lost while sent for Repairs

Vodacom shop Brooklyn, Pretoria, has no idea where my phone is when it was sent for repairs.

I upgraded to an iPhone 7+ and after 3 weeks the phone reset by itself when opening applications.

I tried connecting it to iTunes so it will fix itself, after about an half an hour of loading iTunes says the phone is missing. There after it could not switch on or off.

I tried all the button press combinations suggetsed when googling.

I took the phone to Vodacom Shop Brooklyn and they checked it in for repaires. I received confirmation SMS's as it arrived at the service centre in Potch. A week later I thought by this time the phone should be back by now and went to the Shop. Low and behold the phone was there.

No SMS or call from Vodacom.

The phone was in the same state. The technician simply noted that I had to disable 'Where is my phone' and sent it back. He could have just called and I would have disabled it, my cell was on the work order.

So the phone was sent back to Potch, or so Vodacom Shop Brooklyn said. I have been calling the last three weeks and have not heard anything form the Shop as well. The simply say the phone was sent for repairs. I have not received any confirmation SMS's or call from Vodacom to verify that the phone was sent or arrived at the service centre.

I am paying for a new phone that stopped working after 3 weeks and I don't know where it is.

Vodacom Shop Brooklyn where is my phone?
