Phone locked

I have two top-up contracts with Vodacom that costs me R1300/month. Suddely this week, my phone is being locked twice a day because I "exceded" my credit limit. My account is up to date and I top the airtime and data up as I need it but my phone is being locked. Please tell me how I can exceed a credit limit? Now a query has been logged with their acquisitions department to review my account to see if Vodacom can increase my "credit limit". In the mean time I can not use my phone or have to phone customer care 3 times in 24 hours to unlock my phone. Is this how you treat a customer who pays their account timeously? Really? I hate how Vodacom treats me like I am sub-human like I use their services and then do not pay for it! I need my phones and pay for it before I even buy food or fuel but I am being treated in this horrible way! It is also not the first time that they do something like this to me but I stayed loyal to them. It might be time to move on to Cell C or MTN.
