phone keep on over heating

On Sunday the 6.12.2015 I took my phone back to vodacom after I got it back for the second time and it is still over heating. its a samsung s4 mini. they keep on telling me that the phone is ok and there is nothing wrong with it. loaded a complaint a week ago and wyne assisted me and said I must send him my new job numner after booking it back in again I did that but up until now I havent received any feedback to say if he receifed it or not or what the progress is. <br> <br> if the problem can not be detected I would like to get a replacement phone of another brand because this phone is putting myself and my famly at risk. and I can not pay for a contract and a phone that is in for repairs for the last 2 mnths now.
