phone is always damaged

this the second time now that i have been accused that i damage the phone , i see it is a new thing at VODACOM EAST LONDON , i was there yesterday they informed me the phone needed to go to Johannesburg as it was a phone problem/fault it is now all of a sudden they have found damage on the phone , it is strange , i am now going to cancell my contract as this the biggest circus i have seen in the world
