Phone insurance bad service. Just bring my phone back

<p>I submitted my phone that has been insured for over 2 years to be repaired at Jabulani Mall Vodacom shop and the phone has been there more than a month now. We've been given run arounds and promises that turn around time will be 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>The srevice we received at Jabulani Mall was ok, can't really complain about it. It seem there were doing all they could but the insurance has tricks for day. I now want my phone back. They shouldn't fix it anymore and I want to cancel the insurance. </p> <p>They have left a bitter taste in my mouth and i rate the zero.</p>
