Phone insurance

Vodacom gives out phone insurance to people without clearly explaining terms an conditions.. It is good when they deduct money from the customer but when the customer wants to claim they come with stories..my dad is having a phone insurance now that he wants to claim Vodacom is coming up with stories.. Vodacom is the worst service provider ever, for such a big network I'm so disappointed..
