Phone in for repairs 7 weeks already!

First of all Vodacom gave me a faulty iphone 6 on contract as the battery dies after 5 min, then i took the phone in for repairs, 7 weeks ago! Without even an option of a loan phone!<br> My phone has been in for repairs for 7 weeks already, I had to borrow my wifes phone and now i am inconvenienced her!!<br> I constantly have to foolow up with them and i have not received an answer in 7 weeeks!<br> Paying for a contract phone which is faulty!!<br> FJ Wasserman<br> ***
