Phone in for repairs 6 times in 4 months

Just before Christmas 2014 my Samsung Galaxy would not switch on. I took it into Vodacom for repairs.By February 2015 it was in for a third time.I then complained on Hello Peter. The Branch Manager Daniel contacted me and I went in collect my phone from him. He told me that there was nothing wrong with my phone an it had just needed to be charged and that I was lying about the number system and the service I had received in the branch. The phone had been sent to Jhb to be repaired?
Approximately 2 weeks later the phone died and went back to be fixed and this time I was told to buy a new battery which I did. 10 days later phone was back to be repaired.I was again told to buy a battery and the LED display had been replaced. I challenged the battery issue and was told \ No I did not need a battery any longer"Now 2 weeks later the phone has died again.

Each Time Vodacom refused to give me a loan phone"
