Phone in for repair for a fourth time, exausted all other avenues

I upgraded my contract with Vodacom in 2016. Within a few weeks of receiving the handset, I started to have issues with the bluetooth. I was told to take the phone in directly to the headoffice where a repair was supposedly done while waiting. A few weeks later I started to have the same issue, and was told to book the phone into Sandton Vodacom and I was left without a phone for almost a week. A few weeks later I had the exact same issue was again was told to book the phone into Vodacom and had to do withtout a phone for a few weeks. The problem is now back (about 2 months later), and I was told again to simply book the phone into the repair centre. I am not sure how many times Vodacom expects me to do this. I asked about other options but nobody at Sandton was prepared to assist. I called the call centre and nobody is prepared to assist. I have two issues, firstly, I should not have to do without a phone a third time. The phone should either be swopped out immediately, with the same or alternative phone. Secondly, I had to pay for data 3 times, so that I could download my apps again. Can someone please assist?

Reviewer Update

Finally Got some good service from Vodacom. I had to escalate this further, and wish I did not have to use such means, however the issue was eventually resolved and I was exceptionally happy with the resolution of the problem once it reached the right people.
