phone hanging up

VODACOM! I have made several complains about the bad network at naturena but I am being ignored. Every time I try to call someone the call hangs up and when someone tries to call me the same thing happens. I tried to call vodacom customer care to explain and I was told to find 5 vodacom numbers so that my problem can be solved, where will I find people in my area that use vodacom, when I don't know anyone here at my area. Please fix the call dropping problem because my airtime does not last. Lets be honest vodacom airtime is expensive so please fix the call dropping problem...
