Phone handed back broken - continues to break
A week ago yesterday, the 29th of December 2015, I took my phone, no more than 5 months old, in for repairs to the pathetic Vodacom repair centre outside Somerset Mall.

On Saturday the 2nd of January, I went to the store to collect my phone. When the phone was handed to me, the screen was peeling off. I then gave the phone to one of the technicians who pressed the screen back into place.

On Monday, the 4th of January, I returned to your store to have the screen once again, pressed back into place because it came off again in the course of a day.

Today, 2 days later, the screen is peeling off again.

I have called the Consumer Protector and reported them.

Because the phone is only a few months old they told me I have three options: Refund. Replace. Repair.

Having used my time, money and petrol to get to your store for the repairs, I have had enough.

I no longer want to attempt to repair anything, because their \Repair Centre"is just creating a lot more problems.

Apart from the screen peeling off"
