Phone faulty. Weak services.

This is the third time I am lodging complain against vodacom regarding the same matter. I have do to follow ups myself as you don't do so. And now I am going to receive a refurbished phone again, with no warranty. I don't want second hand phones, as there is problems with these phones. I have experience this now with these so called refurbished phones. My first handset was irrepairable so you send me one of these phones and I had to send this one back and no you are sending me another one. My first phone warranty will expire 2015 January. Now I keep on getting you're second hand phones, and then the consultant told me that these refurbished phone warranty will expire when my firts phone expire. I will take this matter to the highest lebel as this is not fair
