Phone damaged and not repaired after being 'repaired'

I handed in my phone for repair at the V and A waterfront vodacom early in April. The phone was not charging and overheating. I read up on this and informed the staff member that this is a factory fault on my particular phone and the motherboard will have to be replaced.

11 May I received a message to collect my phone from the store, I inspected the phone and found that the 'sim card holder' is mising. After a argument with the manager they told me to come back on Tuesday. I arrived at the store on Tuesday and the 'sim card holder' was replaced but there was additional damage on my phone casing that was not there 11 May.

When i turned on the phone it was still overheating and after asking for the repair sheet I saw that the only fix made was a factory reset? I could have completed that myself.

I expect this to be dealt with swiftly, the horrible service, lies and deceit by the waterfront vodacom staff is totally unacceptable
