Phone couriered with Duo SIM but it only fits nano

Hello there,<br> After another complaint to this site, Vodacom found me a 2014 Edition of the Samsung Galaxy A3, alas they couriered it with a (64K) Duo SIM card, whereas this phone takes a nano SIM card.<br> My current phone uses a 128K micro SIM card; so I next asked Arnold at one of the Sandton City franchises for a 128K nano SIM card; he rep**** that 128K SIM cards are no longer available. However, the call centre learnt different from the Warehouse and a very helpful lady named Phindile Nkosi wrote to \tpsdescalations\" on 24-Mar-16 at 15h28, quoting Order Reference Number: U952481 , asking for the 128K (nano) SIM card to be couriered to the same address as that in the order.<br> I'm still waiting for my 128K nano SIM card so that I can start using my new phone. Vodacom's prompt and accurate assistance in this matter will be much appreciated.<br> Thanking you."
