phone constant in for repair GATVOL now

I did an upgrade in 2012 I had so many problems with the phone for two years in and out of the repairs the last month before I had to upgrade the phone went in again then I decided while my phone is in for repair I will do my upgrade coz I cant be without a phone ive got a business to run so within the 7 days my new phone started to give problems so the lady said they will have to send it in I mean HELLO this I why I did the upgrade coz I cant be without a phone since then I have had problems it went in 2 weeks ago cot it back the next day I had to take it in again same problem im still with my phone I think I deserve to get a flippen new phone out of the box not a refurbished one this is ridiculous man now I have to buy data to work from a Samsung the reason why I got a blackberry to work out cheaper but vodacom wont say you can have one or 2 months free this will be the last time I will upgrade this is Bull **** wasting my time and money and petrol to drive up and down to take the phone in. ..Hope you sort this out
