After taking more than the required time to repair my phone (2 weeks after phone has been booked in), I received a SMS (a month and a half later) saying that my phone is ready for collection at the Vodacom Store in Tygervalley, only to discover that my phone wasn't here to begin with.
Hugo (sales assistant) checked the store room several times and each time come out empty handed!

After cancelling all my appointments and rushing to the store before it closed, this is the news I get! I am disgusted with the type if service I am getting from Vodacom and DEMAND someone to tell me where my phone is and to get it to me ASAP!
