Phone cannot Receive OTP's from certain provider

I have been with you guys for years and have not received such terrible service and support as i have for such a simple issue.

I am trying to add my vodacom number to Steam or Battle.net (Which i had to have removed because i could not receive SMS's) Now i cannot re-add the number to those accounts because Vodacom is filtering out SMS's from the above mentioned companies. When I am requesting an OTP from the above mentioned companies (Don't know if there are more but those are the only 2 I am currently having an issue with) I simply do not receive the SMS. Its not like the SMS takes hours or days to come through, I had requested OTP's from a couple months ago and am still waiting for them. Is this S.A.P.O.?

Vodacom is filtering SMS's and has denied it over the phone, don't tell me that you don't filter SMS's because you are blatantly doing it, and have been since at least 2017 (See: https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/phone-cannot-receive-otps-from-any-provider-***)

A technician has attempted to assist me over the phone, but they had to escalate it, then almost 24 hours later i get an SMS saying no issue was found on the sim, and the support request is closed. All i need to do is remove the sim, restart the phone, do a manual network selection, by selecting MTN, then change it back to vodacom and test.

This didn't work. Then i was asked to add the sim to a different phone (which is nonsense because i have been having issues on another phone (Samsung S10) then upgraded about 2 weeks ago (Samsung S21 - Which i am absolutely regretting now fully) and have still been having the same issue.

If i STILL have issues then i need to have my "Software Tested" I mean what bull is that? 2 different phones with the same issue and you blaming my "Software"

I am appalled at this service and am not happy that i have to come to a site like Hello Peter to get your attention.

Please can i get someone that actually has the qualification and knowledge of what the issue is to have a look at this.

If you read the complain on here, you will know that i have already tried all the above. What could a Vodacom technical store do that a level 2 technician cannot do? All the store will do is ask me to contact vodacom, which will then send this whole scenario into a spiralling loop of pain and anguish on my part.

I am not satisfied with this response at all
