Phone came back with loose screen for the 3rd time

I don't even know where to go from here anymore. It's been at the repair centre 3 times now and they can not fix the problem. In all honesty the phone came back in a worse condition than it went in. Seeing as the Bloemfontein repair centre can't fix the problem and that my phone came back in a worse condition than it went in I demand that Vodacom replace my phone immediately
