Phone Call

Good Day <br> <br> I got a rude phone call from your call center agents. I could not hear what he was saying as there was a lot of people talking in the background and wanted my ID number. First of all I won't give it out as it might have been a **** as there is a lot of noise. Then the man said I was to phone back on an SMS Line.<br> <br> Tell me how do I phone back if I have a suspended line? Two I am still looking for work and three when I paid R 300.00 I did a nice breakdown for the accounts department to see what I could afford to try and pay off the amount. As soon as I am back on my feet you guys will get the full amount due on the Account.<br> <br> Please do not threaten to black list me yet as I need that line as there are job applications which I sent my CV to which In case I need to go for an interview or so. <br> <br> Thank you kindly <br> <br>
