Phone bug/repairs

I recently bought a OPPO phone at vodacom in January 2024. And I was having issues with my google maps button as it wouldn't allow me to click the button. The sound button would now and then not work as well. I took it in for repairs as it was still under warranty when I got the phone back its so much worst! My phone glitches all the time and certain features on my apps do not work and the worst of all is that the 6 months warranty is now finished. Can I please request a new phone, I don't even have it for a year. This is not on. We pay a lot of money per month for a phone that does not work properly.
