phone branded without permissions

I just cant understand how Vodacom branded my phone without my permission. All I did was test someone's sim in my phone and on start up now I have Vodacom branding all over my phone. I have apps I can never uninstall unless I try load new android onto the phone. I don't want to just disable them I want them to be gone, that is why I'm not a Vodacom contract or pay as you go user.

so what happened to permission request for something like that? Wonder how Vodacom would feel if I just started going to their shops and brand their stores to something else?

I hate Vodacom for this reason, wonder if they even care to respond to this.
