I have sent a complaint about Vodacom4U Vaal mall, I still had no answer on how to get my problem solved. My phone is a pay-as-you-go but they have cut my phone of completely. When I phoned Vodacom4U Vaal mall the phone get dropped in my ear as soon as ask about my phone.
