phone block problems
I have purchased a Samsung contract phone from Vodacom online in January 2024 in less than a month the phone is now stating its locked with easy to own. I have taken it to Vodacom Randfontein to Bevan where it was confirmed that my phone is surely contract and not easy to own. The consultant Bevan has send emails and has contact vodacom as well no one at Vodacom knows what to do my phone has been also send for repairs where nothing could be done due to this easy to own lock. Its has been around 6 Months PLEASE HELP !!
