phone blacklisted by vodacom when sent in for repa
I have posted a complaint on this matter and have still not received my phone. Its going on 5 months and i am paying for a phone I don't have!!! I would like to know what my legal rites are regarding this as I feel they have not honoured their side of the contract. I have now been told that while my phone was in for repairs it had been blacklisted by Vodacom. How is that possible without a case number? Now when I receive my phone some day I have to go to the police to get the phone un blacklisted. I am very disappointed in Vodacom and their service.
