Phone Blacklisted!!

I have two contracts with Vodacom combined account and on Friday 19 July my other phone would not work and had a Network not registered message. That evening a phoned customer care and they tried to assist and syncronized the sim but still got the same error. I was told it might be my sim card and I would need to do a sim swap. Today I went to Vodacom shop repairs Centurion and the tech there Hendrik said it was my sim card and I told him I was using my sim card in another loaned phone and it was working. He also syncronized the sim and even inserted his sim and got the same error message. He then said I must take the phone to repairs and book it in. At repairs, they inserted my serial no: *** and confirm my phone has been BLACKLISTED!! I was so shocked I have never defaulted on my account and I was sent back to the consultants who checked and said the system showed *****. To my shock and surprise, I am told it was blacklisted on 18 July 2019. They could not say why and asked me to complete some form, copy of my drivers' license and I asked to attach a copy of Vodacom's ***** depart letter I got when I had a ********** incident in 2018 and my SAFPS letter as proof that I was a victim of ****** identity. I am so fed-up with Vodacom Aas this was not the 1st incident and I have been using other people's phone since Friday but on the 1st they will deduct my account for a phone that is not working! As for the *********** staff from the call center agent who could not pick up the phone was blocked to the technician today! Shaking as I type this mail!!
