phone a.w.o.l

I took my phone in for speaker repairs last week of december, i was understanding for the delay considering the time of the year. Collected my phone friday, 15 january. Got home phone not working, phone customer services they could not assist, advised i go to the nearest vodasho. Vodashop wonderpark tried to get me back to the world of technology but were unable to advised i take the phone back where i initially took it for repairs. Monday,18 january took phone back was told it will not go on que but attended to immediately by same person that stuffed it up initially and will take only 3 days, i obliged. Two days later i get an sms my phone has been sent to higher repair centre without my consent. Today is the 26th of january and no phone call, no sms....I have no idea where my handset is, no idea if it will come back in full form....basically im phoneless and very very upset.
