Phenomenal service from a Vodacom call centre consultant
I just phoned the Vodacom Outsourced Merchant call centre based in Johannesburg.
I spoke with Relebogile Monnahela. From the start she was happy and eager to help me. Her kind attitude and consideration for customer service will ensure she goes far in her career. She is a real boon for Vodacom.
Please check your company's review system as I gave Relebogile a score of 10 for all the 4 categories it allowed me to rate her however it interpreted the 10 I typed in on my VoIP phone as a 0 instead.
