Phenomenal Service

First and For most I have never received great service from Vodacom as a whole, from ******s consultants to consultants whom simply don't understand the term GREAT Customer service... I am actually not renewing my contract with you come September and will probably port to MTN .... Anyway I just wanted to applaud Gladys for assisting me these past few days ...Now this lady is amazing... A great individual whom always go the extra mile and offers phenomenal service.<br> <br> Every dealing with her is an absolute pleasure and nothing but efficient and extremely helpful and professional. I have full trust in arrangements when she is handling things And her passion certainly shines through, not many have that these days so it's so pleasurable when you come across it, thank you always GLADYS!
