PHATHETIC SERVICE

I have complained on hello peter about Vodacom Northgate Mall before and nothing has been done, its been months since they have messed up my contract and have given me the most pathetic service that I have ever received, the store manager is extremely unprofessional to the point where he does not even respond to my emails AT ALL, I have called and emailed and visited the store countless times and GUESS WHAT MY ISSUES ARE NOT FIXED, I will make it mu duty that every single person that I know will get of this service provider and move to another service provider, as for Vodacom Northgate, they have no sense of good customer service what so ever, all they care about is taking peoples money, they don't care about the issues that they put people through. they do not even deserve a rating of one. so upset at what iv been put through by them.
