Petrified and horrified by service standard

My Father passed away on 23/07/2021. I went into store to enquire if i can pay up the contract that he had or transfer it to my Mom. I was advised to send an email to ***. I did this on 02/09/2021. According to the website I was supposed to receive an sms and then within 3 days I was supposed to be contacted by a consultant.

I have not been called.

When I followed up again I asked for a managers details and I was told to send another email to *** I did so on the 22/09/21. I have called in numerous times but the calls always drops when I am put through to deceased accounts or when I'm on the call with an agent then the call drops.

I am petrified by this experience. I will personally move all my business from Vodacom. On a separate note, there are some basics which every client expects. Firstly, respect as a human to whom ever they deal with. Then in retail standards one expects service consultants to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You have failed dismally on the basics.

The number in question regarding my Dad estate is ***.
