Pethethic ssistance staff and management not knowing what they doing!!!!!

Pathetic service from Vodacom after speaking to 5 different agents and two managers both from the pre paid department and contract department No one can assist me to fix my problem. The agents don't know what they doing and the two managers I spoke to also of no help. How is this possible Vodacom supposedly leading in the cellphone industry not able to fix my problem just pathetic!!!!!!!!
