Peter Matsepe: Vodacom Hero

After weeks of trying to resolve an unauthorised upgrade on my son's Vodacom account, I was fortunate enough to make contact with Peter Matsepe in the ***** division. By this time I was thoroughly disgusted by the ineptitude of the customer service staff who persisted in asking for the same information to be sent to them over and over again. Reference number after reference number were given and all subsequently closed without any resolution. Customer Service insisted that my son did the upgrade personally which was a physical impossibility because he has been working and living abraod form more than 8 years and could prove his whereabouts in Australia at the time of the upgrade. I was on the verge of laying a ***** charge against Vodacom when, in a last ditch effort, I managed to get through to Peter. Within literally minutes of hearing my story I refeived an e-mail from him advising that it was indeed ***** and that all the money taken from my son's banking account will be refunded. Peter even invited us to contact him again if we do not reciev satisfaction from the accounts department. What great service after a majestic disappointment. GIVE THAT MAN A CASE OF BELL'S! I nominate him for Vodacaom staff member of the year and I hope Vodacom sends him on a 10 day dream cruise because he deserves it.
