Personnel at CEO'S Office

Started with my first e-mail on the 09.09.2015 at Vodacoms customer care. Now more than 5 weeks later the query is still not resolved. Made a phone call to the CEO'S office this afternoon and after numerous e-mails and phone calls asking to speak to the most senior person at his offices, no one would let me speak to her, neither does she reply to my mails. I asked the Liaison Officer that I want to set up a meeting with the CEO and he rep**** that you will not see him \I will just tell you that he is busy"all these phone calls are recorded I hope. Can this guy stop me from seeing the CEO"
