Permanent Deletion of My *** Numbers by Vodacom

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with how my situation has been handled by your company. Last December, I was ******, and as a precaution to prevent *****, I canceled all my numbers including ***. Recently, I discovered that Vodacom has permanently deleted my numbers without any prior notification, and now refuses to reinstate them.

This lack of communication and customer support is extremely distressing, especially given the circumstances under which I had to cancel my numbers. I re**** on Vodacom to protect my information and assist me in restoring my services once the matter was resolved. Instead, I am left without access to essential services due to the irreversible deletion of my numbers.

I urge Vodacom to review my case immediately and provide a clear explanation as to why my numbers were permanently deleted without notifying me. Additionally, I request that you explore any possible solutions to restore my services.
