Permanent Cellphone Contract
My contract has ended more than 6 years ago, yet they keep billing me and increasing premiums for which I did not agree, when I try to cancel the ******* contract, the person says I 1st have to log a call with their ***** dept to investigate and I should still pay the account in the meantime, I have since stopped the debit order and now they are sending me an outstanding bill account, Regards Michael
