PERFECT SERVICE. Well done Salona..

Hello everyone.

I just came from a service provider this week that left me really dissapointed. So i approached anther service provider hoping they will help me. I spoke to a young lady that was really surprisingly helpfull from Phoenix Plaza Durban Kzn. Her name is Salona. What a nice plaesant human being although she was looking out for the best of her company. I approached her and she made me feel welcome. She was a person that made me feel comfortable and looking very good. Perfect service Salona. Second time i met you. Show them lighty how its done. She was real and very normal. I was so impressed with her that I was smiling. I never had a problem with her. She spoke to me when there was nothing to say. Look in my opinion i like to see more of her when i enter a Vodacom store. Such a young lady with good morels and values. She responded naturally. Thank you young lady. Show the rest of them how its done.

I am a person with an eye disability. She did everything possible in her power for me. When i couldnt fill any forms she assisted me and i never feel awkward. She even assisted customers that she didnt have to while there was a waiting period for me to get hooked up. Shame what a pleasant young women. She going places. Please give her a promotion. When her other colleges was getting a beating from customers she helped in a positive way.

I am so happy i am with Vodacom. The Kings of Internet Service Providers... I was hooked up within seconds. She even wanted to connect me to the modem that i have. She was efficient. Before i knew it my copy of the the contract, the sim card and the modem was in my bag and i was out of there. Young and on fire... If i only knew Vodacom was this sharp. You guys rock. Well done Vodacom Phoenix Plaza Durban Kzn. Everyones happy...
