Perfect service experience at Vodacom Business
Kaitlyn Singh from the Vodacom Business call centre is a real star! I called in with a variety of complicated requests, and she was unfailingly patient, polite, professional and helpful. Her product and process knowledge was excellent, and her manner was so friendly that I never felt like I was being a bother even though I was asking a million questions. She followed up as promised with an email containing all the information I needed.
